Remove Remote Desktop history

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Default

You'll see keys that begin with MRU

Delete the entry you don't want.

 

Then go to the current user's My Documents and delete a hidden file called Default.rdp.

Update: Looks like Google is pretty close to officially support online storage. Microsoft already has this service called SkyDrive with 25GB of free space, but for those of you with Gmail accounts already who want a simple and convenient way to access these files in one place, they would prefer Google to host these files online for them.
